Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellation


If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we will refund your order. If the order has been shipped then the order can not be cancelled.

Returns

If you wish to return your order please contact us soon as possible at: abbeyandbear.store@outlook.com. 

We accept returns as long as the item is returned in its original condition and dispatched within 14 days of receiving your order. A refund will be processed once we have received the item and assured it is in it’s original condition. 

Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs

Shipping Policy

Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of order placement. All orders are sent from the UK via Royal Mail. 

Please be aware I am a one person business so shipping delays may occur during busy periods or if I am ill. I will contact you if any shipping delays are anticipated. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible.  

If your order has not shipped we will alter the address.

In the event your order has shipped, the address can not be altered. The customer will be responsible for additional postage fees once the parcel has been returned to us. 

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail second class tracked shipping.

UK shipping is free over £40!

International Shipping

EU & International Orders

Orders weighing under 100g will be sent as standard (not tracked).

Orders weighing over 100g will be sent tracked, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to appear. 

Please note customers outside the UK are responsible for customs fees, import duties or taxes. 

What if my order hasn’t arrived?


For international orders please allow 21 days after dispatch to contact us regarding missing orders.
